Time: 2:30 – 4:30 pm

This part of the event would showcase the latest basketball training for kids by four of the top basketball schools in the country. The college covered court consists of four basketball courts and each court will be handled by different basketball schools and they would conduct basketball trainings simultaneously. Each basketball court will have 30 students for the training module or 120 students in totality.

Since summer is fast and coming, this would enable the parents and kids to have a grasp on what each basketball school has to offer and give them the chance to choose which basketball school is best for their kids.

Interested participants may fill-up the online registration form and indicate why we should choose you to be part of the camp. Only 120 kids will be chosen by the committee and chosen participants will be notified via email or mobile phone 2-3 days before the event. Priority will be given to Ateneo students.

Registration fee for chosen participants: P250

This will cover the ff:

  1. Participation in the training Camp
  2. Giveaways from the assigned basketball school
  3. Ticket for the Hoopla Dream Game

Participating Schools:

  1. Coach E -> an individual and small group learning experience that enhances the development of skill level of players aged 5-19 years old. Coach E offers a complete basketball course with a scientific approach to the game were players are not just taught the “hows”? but coupled with this, and equally important are the “whys?” of the drills of the game.

  1. Alaska Power Camp -> The Alaska Basketball Power Camp runs every summer vacation, attracting boys and girls to the country’s most popular sport.

Camp Director Jojo "Jolas" Lastimosa, Team Alaska Aces assistant coach and one of pro league’s basketball icons, heads Alaska’s basketball camp. The camp is composed of two modules.
Module 1: Developmental (ages 5-12 yrs)
Module 2: Advanced (ages 12 -16) and Competitive (ages 17-22)

Alaska Power Camp
 
  1. Hoops School -> established to teach kids the correct way of playing basketball, not only the physical skills and drills involved in the sport but the mental aspects as well. Starting with one venue in year 2002, at Meralco Gym, Hoops School today conducts its camps and clinics in more than 70 venues nationwide, including malls and company gyms.
